Cosmo earned an MSCI ESG Rating of “A” for 2025, placing us among the industry’s leaders in managing material environmental, and governance risks.
We are proud signatories of the United Nations Global Compact, aligning our operations with its ten universal principles on human rights, labor, the environment, and anti-corruption. To accelerate climate action, Cosmo’s manufacturing plant has also committed to the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi). This pledge ensures our emissions-reduction targets are scientifically aligned with the Paris Agreement and reinforces our journey toward a net-zero future.
Cosmo’s manufacturing facility has achieved a score of 64/100 placing it in the 71st percentile compared to other companies rated by EcoVadis.

Cosmo operates under a robust Code of Conduct, overseen by an independent Board. Our governance practices also include board-level ESG oversight, with strict AI ethics guidelines for digital health and zero-tolerance policies on corruption (Anti-Bribery & Corruption Policy) and human rights violations. Whistleblowing Policy and Whistleblowing Platform promote transparency and integrity by protecting those who speak out. All suppliers, contractors, and partners must comply with the Cosmo Supplier Code of Conduct, ensuring alignment with our ethical, responsible, and sustainable business practices.
