Description

La risorsa selezionata entrerà a far parte del dipartimento Regulatory Affairs, collaborando con un team di specialisti che riporta direttamente alla Head of Global Regulatory Affairs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Redigere, aggiornare e gestire la documentazione regolatoria necessaria per lo sviluppo e la registrazione di medicinali ad uso umano in diverse aree geografiche, collaborando con altre funzioni aziendali e partner esterni; Supportare la redazione e la sottomissione della documentazione richiesta per variazioni e procedure post-autorizzative, come rinnovi e/o post approval committments; Supportare e coordinare la registrazione di medicinali e le relative fasi post autorizzative in collaborazione con business partners, agendo come contatto primario per attività regolatorie e richieste documentali in collaborazione con i dipartimenti QC, QA, R&D e produzione; Supportare la preparazione della documentazione regolatoria per le fasi cliniche dei prodotti in sviluppo (es. Investigational New Drug Application in US o Clinical Trial Application in UE); Redigere, revisionare e mantenere documenti regolatori di qualità (modulo 3 e 2.3) , per nuove registrazioni, variazioni, rinnovi e clinical trial applications; Assicurare l’allineamento delle informazioni di qualità nelle varie aree geografiche con le pratiche produttive e di controllo; Mantenere e aggiornare gli stampati (SmPC, PIL, and labelling texts) in accordo con i requisiti normativi EU, coordinando l’opportuna implementazione dei cambi in collaborazione con le funzioni interne (medica, farmacovigilanza, qualità, supply chain); Rivedere e approvare artwork e materiali di confezionamento assicurando la conformità agli stampati e alle normative in vigore.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
  1. Laurea in discipline scientifiche, preferibilmente in Chimica e Tecnologia Farmaceutiche (CTF) o Farmacia; Almeno 3 anni di esperienza in ruoli analoghi, idealmente in aziende farmaceutiche italiane con esposizione internazionale, con focus su medicinali ad uso umano; Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata (eventuale certificazione sarà considerata un plus);Solida padronanza del pacchetto Microsoft Office.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
  1. Partecipazione a corsi o scuole di specializzazione in ambito regolatorio sarà considerata un valore aggiunto, così come la conoscenza di software e CTD;
    Eccellenti capacità di lavoro in team;
    Flessibilità, precisione e ottime doti organizzative.
  2. Pacchetto Salariale:
    RAL
    : range tra € 40.000 e € 50.000
